Edgewater Cottage Wells Maine is Nestled in the woods at the end of the quiet lane adjacent to Depot Brook. Very relaxing listening to the brook just outside the kitchen and master bedroom windows, tongue and groove vaulted ceilings. Master Bedroom with queen bed / 2nd bedroom with new daybed with two twin mattresses. Newer full kitchen and newer full bath, living room with full pullout sofa, sitting area at the entry. Newer carpet in bedroom’s newer vinyl floor in bathroom and newer interior paint throughout. Basic cable TV, WIFI, Picnic table and fire pit at the quiet sitting area just outside of the cottage. (maximum – family of 6 / No groups for parties)

August 2023 – Great trip! The cottage was super clean and tidy. The host was very welcoming and responded promptly to our questions. Very close to the marina (approx 700M) and very close to 2 beautiful beaches (Wells beach and Drake’s Island Beach). Access to wifi, ideas for trips, tv, etc. The place has it all. Nice firepit outside with access to wood about 50M from the cottage (5$/bundle), which was great Barbecue included functionnned very well Approx 300M from a supermarket A very pretty river (stream) behind the cottage. makes it great to take the coffee in the morning, listening to the water flowing with the windows open of the cottage 100% a place to go!

July 2023 – We had a great stay at Dan’s cottage! It was clean and everything we needed. The beach is a 5 min drive, there’s restaurants and the harbor in walking distance, and close to stores. The outdoor shower came in handy after a beach day! We can’t wait to stay again.
